On February 8, 2023, Diane Seltzer will teach “Family and Medical Leave Act: Common Compliance Violations and Best Practices for Preventing Them” for the D.C. Bar’s Continuing Legal Education Program. In this CLE, Ms. Seltzer will discuss tactics and strategies, as well as best practices, for employers to use so that they can avoid violating the law.
