On February 18, 2020, Diane Seltzer Torre will be on the faculty of the D.C Bar’s Continuing Legal Education program, “Practice Before the Merit Systems Protection Board.” This CLE will cover disciplinary and adverse actions at the agency level based upon misconduct and based upon performance.
